Pleasant Hill School District would like to add on-call substitutes who are interested in working at our Elementary (K-5), Middle School (6-8) and/or High School (9-12).

 

Available Positions: Educational Assistant/SPED Educational Assistant, Food Service, Library, Secretary, Custodian

 

Applications will be screened by Building Administrators. Once approved, you will be contacted to proceed with the following process:

 

1. Successfully pass a drug screen

 

2. Visit our District Office at 36386 Highway 58 between the hours of 7:30am and 3:30pm to complete employment paperwork

 

Please bring:

• A valid Driver's license and Social Security Card or current passport
• Direct deposit information

3. Apply for and receive ODE Fingerprinting Clearance (Requires $75 ODE fee, plus $12.50 processing fee when scheduling appointment)

 

4. Register with Frontline/Aesop

 

NOTE: Classified substitutes who are interested in subbing in Food Service must have a valid Oregon Food Handler's Card. Those who are interested in Custodial work will be required to complete a strength test.
